Kadhai Paneer

We can make a lots of things with paneer. Matar paneer, kadhai paneer, Butter paneer masala, Shahi Paneer, Palak Paneer, Tandoori Paneer and so on.
Today I am going to show you a recipe of Kadhai Paneer.
Kadhai Paneer is a delicious, tangy, spicy North Indian Dish. Its most easiest to make and a mouth watering, finger licking dish among all the paneer curries.
After Butter paneer Masala Kadhai paneer is my favorite dish. The meaning of kadhai is Wok. This curry is made in the kadhai so it got the name of Kadhai paneer.
In hotel when we eat kadhai paneer they mosy serve this dish in Kadhai.
Yummmy and full of flavours.
So common guys now we will see how to make Kadhai paneer.
INGREDIENTS
▪︎paneer-250gm
▪︎capsicum-1 choped in square.
▪︎cherry tomatoes- 2 cups
▪︎onions-1 cup
▪︎ginger garlic crushed-½tbspn
▪︎green chilies-1tbspn
▪︎oil-3tbspn
▪︎redchili powder-½tbspn
▪︎turmeric powder-½tspn
▪︎salt-to the taste.
▪︎kadhai Masala-1tbspn
▪︎cumin seeds-²½tbspn
METHOD
1.wash the paneer and keep aside.
2.now in a plate take capsicum, cherry tomatoes, onions. Chop them all and
3.heat oil in a kadhai.
4.add cumin seeds, green chilies
5.then add chopped onions. Saute it in a low flame unti they turn to tranculent.
6.further add crushed ginger and garlic.
7.Saute it for 1 min.
8.add turmeric powder.
9.mix all well.
10.Then add riped tomatoes. I have used cherry tomatoes.
And kadhai Masala.(a ground spices mixture of coriander seeds, red chili, cardamon, fennel seeds and dry mango powder)
11.mix all well and cook for 5 mins on low flame till oil seperates and mixture become like a thick paste.
12.now in a pan heat oil.
13.Meanwhile chop onions seperating the layers, cube capsicum and deseed tomatoes and cut paneer in cubes.
14.now saute all these on a high flame. Make sure they remain crunchy and half cooked.
15.add salt and mix.
16.add paneer cubes. Toss constantly to prevent burning. Donot overcook the paneer because they turns hard.
17.further add garam masala and off the flame.
18.now transfer the stir fry veggies in the kadhai to the mixture of onions and tomatoes garvy which we perpared earlier.
19.add little water and cook for 5 mins. Adjust your consistency as required.
20.Mix it. Add kasuri Meethi and coriander leaves.
Finally Kadhai Paneer is ready to serve with Butter Naan/ Naan or Roti.
