Today was a bright day but also quite hot. In fact, as the heat level has increased for the past few days, the heat of the sun is also increasing. But the bigger problem is with the current low-shedding of electricity in our city, which is becoming quite painful in the heat.
Today I will share with you a recipe with a different taste. Actually in our country we try to prepare different types of recipes in different ways and try to increase the level of taste. Because no recipe is enjoyable without flavor, multiple vegetables are also mixed in to increase the flavor levels.
Today I will share Heteropneustes fish egg recipe, but with potatoes and tomatoes mixed in to enhance the taste. Cooking this way gives double taste, I have cooked this way with other fish eggs before, but today I tried cooking with Heteropneustes fish egg. Hope you like it.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Heteropneustes fish egg
- Potatoes
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- salt
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Oil.
Recipe Preparation Phase-
First, I put a pan in the oven and heat oil, then add chopped onion and potato slices and lightly fry it.
Then I added all the spices, added salt and then mixed it with tomato slices and tried to grind it.
After grinding, I gave them Heteropneustes fish egg, then cooked for some time and mixed them.
Then I added light water, then added raw chilies, then cooked for quite some time. When the broth dries up, I take them down to serve.
Heteropneustes fish egg cooked with potatoes and tomatoes, see how the cooking looks? It tasted as good as it looked. This recipe with hot rice is like something incomparable, the taste of which you will remember for a long time.
