Friends, Happy Sunday everyone.
Today is a beautiful and enjoyable day as the heat level is low today as well, but there is a signal from the Meteorological Department, due to which any part of the city is likely to face Baisakhi storm at any time. It's a bit of a worry though, the sky is still a little overcast, and quite a bit of wind is being noticed.
The environment now sometimes becomes unpredictable due to which the days are not as enjoyable as before. Nevertheless, today is a beautiful, beautiful Sunday for everyone. Today I will share another vegan recipe. Yes, the recipe for vegetables collected from my garden.
This is the recipe for jute leaves, my vegetable garden produced quite a lot this time. In fact, when it feels extra hot during this time, any recipe of jute leaves is very comforting and tasty. In our country we make different recipes of this jute leaves. I have already shared another recipe for this. Today, however, I will present a very simple and simple recipe.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Jute leaves
- Onion
- Garlic
- Raw chilies
- Dry chilies
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First I put a pan on the stove and heat oil, then lightly fry dry chillies, garlic and onions in it.
Then add raw chillies, clean jute leaves and then add salt.
I mixed all the ingredients, cooked it for some time and then covered it with a lid for some time.
Remove the lid and check if the Jute leaves have been boiled? After cooking it for some time, I took it down for serving.
Ready to serve Jute leaves bhaji recipe, actually we call such recipes as bhaji in Bengali. Takes very little time and tastes great with hot rice.
People of our region try to eat more vegetables keeping these two things in mind. But comparatively people of our region like them a little more. And during summer jute leaves are more popular with everyone.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
