Happy new week ahead! A-ha! This was a topic I missed for last week, but it's not too late. Usually, after the holidays, we have plenty of leftover. My daughter and I made adjustments since it would just be the two of us now without Mom. So the most that we have as leftovers are fruits! Yup blame that on the belief that we should welcome the new year with twelve or thirteen different round fruits. 🍎🍊🍍🍒🥝🍇 most are gone now as I made smoothies out of some of them.
I prepped the fruits -- pineapple, pear, apple, and orange. Naturally, I sliced them so they're perfect for the blender. Added a cup of H20 and 3Tbsp of syrup.
Voila! The fruit smoothie is ready. I made a second batch for dinner. Now, we just have a few pieces of fruits left. I'm sure they will be consumed within the week. 😉👍🏼
Mowe's a guest on my video as I recorded it near her sleeping area. Then, I talked about the cats -- I almost forgot to stay on topic. 😹😹
