I would like to start the post with four very important words, I LOVE MY WFE!
I am happily married to an extraordinary woman who I love beyond words, luckily for me, she is also incredibility talented in many areas of her life.
One of her greatest passions is food and creating deliciousness. I felt that I had to share with you all one of her amazing creations of pure goodness. What you see before you is a sourdough focaccia topped with lemongrass, garlic and olives, sourced from the Yandina Country Markets).
The loaf is fresh from the oven and making the house smell truly amazing!!! 😋
