My life so far has been full of impulsive decisions such as this one. I wanted to spend New Years Eve with my friends in Mumbai who are fellow food bloggers and I did exactly what I wanted to do.
I took the next train out of mangalore headed towards Mumbai and I actually left a few days early because this was my first time visiting Mumbai and I wanted to go around the place and try out some new palces.
Once I reached Mumbai I had to catch a local train to go towards Dahisar and I bought a Second Class ticket (Which I Was Not Aware Of) and boarded a first class compartment of the train (Which Again I Was Not Aware Of) Okay so here's the thing with Mumbai Local Trains THEY ARE CROWDED ASF and the compartment I was in barely had any people and in my head I went like am I even in Mumbai and at that very moment my friend called me to confirm which train I was in so he could pick me up at the station and I just asked him casually about the train being empty and he asked me to forward the ticket to him.
Post that the calls he calls me and says "You Moron You're In A First Class Compartment With A Second Class Ticket And If They Catch You Your Royally Fu****" and well I was just laughing my ass out.
Okay so here's one thing you should know about me. I travel just to eat food from new places around me. No sight seeing off any sorts just exploring the gastronomy.
Now I really didn't expect Mumbai to be that big I mean like damn the city was huge ASF. I have 4 good friends living in Mumbai and each of them stays about 2-3 hours apart which was quite difficult for me actually but I managed it somehow.
So for the first 2 day I crashed in one of their home in Dahisar and he showed me around a few places near by. For those 2 days I had an amazing breakfast spread his mum prepared and boy was it amazing. Like it was a proper Mumbaikar breakfast.
Later on in the day I told him that I wanted to visit Coffee By DI Bella and he immediately took me to the closest location. I've heard a lot of good things about this place but then after I tried out their over prized desserts I was extremely disappointed because it was terrible and I even shot some really lovely pictures of it as well (Might Upload It Sometime In The Future)

After that disappointment he took my to Huber & Holly which turned out to be epic. Manh that ice cream cake was just pure bliss, I could have about 10+ servings easily.

Chirag also took me to this legendary Irani restaurant called Kyani & Co. This place opened up in 1904 and is one of the Oldest Restaurant in Mumbai with rock bottom pricing also this place is old school so make sure you carry cash with you when you drop in as they don't accept other forms of payment. This place is filled with history and culture and good quality food.

Well I really enjoy goofing off and that is pretty much self explanatory in the following image LOL
Post lunch we went and shopped for Alcohol for the party later and we pretty much started enjoying ourselves from 9PM and it went up to 3AM in the morning.
Pretty much the entire night was a blur LOL and you see that lovely group picture on the top. Yeah that was taken on the 1st of January 2020 post our terrible hangover of course.
About 97% of the pictures I take are portraits which i'm sure my regular readers have noticed it already. I'm just quite fond of portraits than landscapes I cant help it.
Hope you guys enjoyed reading about what happened on NYE 2019.
