Around 8 a.m., I drive to park at Thammikaram Temple where there is ample parking. But tourists may be annoyed because many vendors are vying to sell fruit for raising monkeys in large numbers and fish food. As for me, I like feeding monkeys so it's not a problem for me. So I bought a set of fruit and fish food, one of each, and deposited it to the seller before coming back down from the mountain to bring it to the monkeys and fish. The vendors gave me a walking stick to chase away mischievous monkeys that might steal my bags while walking up the hill.

We didn't spend a whole lot of time in Leidan during the day because we had seen a lot of it previously, but we ate supper there each night and walked around for a few hours afterwards.

🥉 From Kirschenalle (White Cherry Blossoms Alley) to the Eßlinger Furt of Lobau, 22nd District -Vienna by Hive account@mers

It´s cherry blossom time in our district and this is located not far away from home. A street named Kirschen (Cherry)Allee(Alley) is about 1 kilometer long. It begins from the Esslinger Strasse down to one of the entrances of the Donau-Auen National Park called Eßlinger Furt.I wanted to see the white cherry blossoms as a sign of the start of Springtime. The only trees planted in this alley are white cherry varieties. They are there for the ornamental purposes and they do not bear fruits like the cherries that we eat.
