🥇 National Maritime Museum of Chile [ENG|ESP] by
I've been to this museum a couple of times, and I'm always amazed at how clean and tidy it is. Right inside, you can see the various stained-glass windows that let in the sunlight and some murals on the walls. Then, in the following rooms, there are scale models of ships, ship's wheels, some paintings depicting vessels and episodes from Chilean naval history, and one of my favorite parts is a star map painted on the ceiling of one of the rooms.

🥈 Basilica of Santa Cecilia in Trastevere, Italy by
The first thing you notice from the street is a small square, Piazza Santa Cecilia, and upon entering, you find a large courtyard, filled with shrubs and flowers, and a beautiful, ancient facade in the center, surrounded by several rooms belonging to the church. This place dates back to the 5th century, and the first impression the architecture gives is of medieval times, evident in the art, colors, and design. For example, I was particularly impressed by the church tower.

🥉 [ENG/ESP] Cíes Islands: paradise in Galicia, a breathtaking archipelago 🩵| Illas Cíes: paraíso en Galicia, un archipiélago que roba el aliento 🩵 by
On the island, you can go trekking, swim at different beaches, eat at restaurants, and camp for as long as you want. Our trip was a same-day round trip. We brought our own food and wanted to do as much trekking as possible. It was still too cold to swim. When we disembarked, it was very windy, and I found it hard to bear. I think my mother was so happy that she didn't notice the cold. She was wearing a dress and sandals and felt perfect. You can tell she gets very excited about visiting new places.
