Today is Wednesday, it's time for me to share my third day experience as one of the speakers at the poetry musicalization training held in Banda Aceh, precisely at the Jeumpa hotel which was held for 3 days, with different materials.
On the last two occasions I have explained various tips on "making musical poetry easily" where there are 5 tips that I have given, namely:
- Determination of poetry
- The description of the contents of the poem (interpretation)
- Creating rhythm or musical accompaniment
- Align between vocals and music
- Presenting the musicalization of poetry.

And now is the time to put all these tips into practice.
This is the final stage of poetry musicalization training. From the start, I have explained that this activity is ultimately a product. It can be audio only or it can also be audiovisual. The product can also be presented live (staging) or recorded. And the method that we present now is staging.
On the last occasion we have divided the trainees into several small groups, where each group has its own expertise.
Group 1 poetry musical performance

The musicalization of poetry has two elements that must be met, namely music and poetry presented in a performance. It all started with a poem, which was then sung and recited. So in a musical composition of poetry there must be a poem that is sung and the poem is read, usually the poem that is read is the essence of the poem.
Usually poetry musicals are made to be staged or contested, and currently we are setting up the training participants to confirm the results of the material that has been obtained for the past 2 days.
At this stage of the training, there were 40 trainees, we divided them into 5 groups, where each group consisted of someone proficient at playing the guitar, a proficient at singing, and able to read poetry.
We group them from a variety of different talents, so that each group has various talents.

In order for the staging of the musicalization of the poetry to be good and correct, we need to pay attention to the following five aspects.
- The compatibility of the song with the character of the poem
- The use of musical instruments
- Appreciation/expression (especially audiovisual)
- Pronunciation and intonation
- Performance/appearance (including costumes and props).
Apart from that, another requirement in the game that needs to be considered is the presence of someone
stage manager
The purpose of the stage manager is to manage everything for the participants on stage, he manages the appearance, as well as the needs of the participants starting from before going on stage, sound checks, the way the performance is going, until the participants get off the stage
Engineers
The engineer's function is to assist the participants' needs while advancing the performance, he helps the musical instruments to be used, adjusts the sound stability in the mixer, and so on.

Those were my 3 experiences as trainers in poetry musicalization training, after finishing the training we had a chance to take pictures together
