At every stage I manage to conquer I feel very happy. I can remember my entire LEO journey which I must say is being beyond exciting, very incredible. Perhaps even the most optimistic would not imagine that LEO could overcome HIVE parity so quickly because 15 months since its creation is something very significant. Right now at LeoDex we can see that LEO is costing exactly 1,089 HIVE which makes $ 0.164.
I remember that a few months ago my vote didn't even reach 0.20 LEO but every time I increased my LP, the more I had to vote for my first LEO. Before, with a price between $ 0.03 and $ 0.05, I was already very happy because that would be worth much more than my HIVE vote, which is no more than $ 0.01 and I don't want to belittle HIVE, quite the opposite, because I want to value what LEO represents today .
With 1.5 LEO in my vote this means that a 100% vote is the same as $ 0.246. Something so surreal for me to have such a vote and I honestly didn't imagine that one day I would have this "power" in my hands. Over time you start to "learn" its importance within the community and of course, the responsibility comes together because for me it is an obligation (mission) to have to spread this money through my votes with my curatorial work.
As you know, we cannot distribute hundreds of votes as much as we want because our VP would be reaching 0 and it would not be worthwhile to help others if their vote is not exploited as they wish. So I try to be fair and try to use my votes up to a maximum of 80%, so I can help many authors and my votes vary to 10% for relevant comments and vary to 20%, 30%, 50% and 100% for LEO authors.
Over time, the more LP in your account, obviously our vote may increase and so I intend to be able to distribute wealth to more authors as most of the LeoFinance curators do. Although there are several LEO Whales with different amounts of votes, I value my 1.5 LEO because that value means a lot to me and I know I can help a lot more people with it.
So don't be discouraged if your vote is worth 0.20 or even 0.05 ... Be persistent that I'm sure the results will come over time. Maybe it can last for months? Yes, but know that every effort comes with the rewards and as much as things tell you otherwise, believe in yourself that you can reach any goal you want.

Talvez até os mais otimistas não imaginariam que LEO pudesse superar a paridade de HIVE tão rapidamente pois 15 meses desde sua criação é sim algo muito significativo. Nesse momento na LeoDex podemos ver que LEO está custando exatos 1.089 HIVE o que torna US $ 0.164.
Eu lembro que alguns meses atrás meu voto não chegava nem em 0.20 LEO mas toda vez que eu aumentava meu LP, mais eu tinha votande chegar no meu primeiro LEO. Antes com um preço entre $ 0.03 e $ 0.05 eu já estava muito contente pois isso já valeria muito mais do que meu voto HIVE que não passa de $ 0.01 e não quero desmerecer HIVE, muito pelo contrário, pois quero valorizar o que LEO representa hoje.
Com 1.5 LEO em meu voto isso quer dizer que um voto a 100% é o mesmo que US $ 0.246. Algo tão surreal para mim ter um voto desse e sinceramente não imaginava que um dia eu teria esse "poder" em minhas mãos. Com o tempo você começa a "aprender" a sua importância dentro da comunidade e claro, a responsabilidade vem junto pois para mim é uma obrigação (missão) ter que espalhar esse dinheiro através dos meus votos com o meu trabalho de curadoria.
Como sabem não podemos distribuir centenas de votos por mais que quiséssemos pois o nosso VP estaria chegando a 0 e não iria valer a pena ajudar o próximo se seu voto não é explorado como queira. Então procuro ser justo e tento usar meus votos até no máximo 80%, assim consigo ajudar muitos autores e meus votos variam para 10% para comentários relevantes e vario para 20%, 30%, 50% e 100% para os autores LEO.
Com o tempo quanto mais LP em sua conta óbviamente nosso voto poderá aumentar e assim pretendo conseguir distribuir riqueza para mais autores como a maioria dos curadores da LeoFinance faz. Apesar de que existem várias Baleias LEO com suas diferentes quantidades de votos, eu valorizo o meu 1.5 LEO porque esse valor significa muito para mim e sei que poderei ajudar muito mais pessoas com ele.
Por isso não fique desanimado se seu voto vale 0.20 ou até mesmo 0.05... Seja persistente que tenho certeza que os resultados virão com o tempo. Talvez possa durar meses? Sim, mas saiba que todo esforço vem as recompensas e por mais que as coisas te digam o contrário, acredite em si mesmo que você pode chegar a qualquer meta que desejar.
