Golden curry is the right choice for those of you who want to explore dishes with strong seasoning but with spices that are easily available.
To get the golden color, here I use red chilies. For better results, turmeric or turmeric powder can be added. But if there is no turmeric powder that is not a problem and you can skip it.
I make sure how to cook it is very easy because it is not possible to serve vegetables for too long because it will damage the freshness of vegetables.

Ingredients
- 200 grams of green vegetables, here I use Pakcoy, a vegetable that is popular in Asian countries.
- Some red chili is adjusted to your taste to adjust the level of spiciness.
- Onions, here I use red onion and garlic.
- Thick coconut milk,65 ml
- 100 ml of water
- One teaspoon of salt
- One teaspoon of pepper
- One teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
How to make
- Blend all ingredients for seasoning until smooth.
- Preheat the pan, then saute the spices for a while until fragrant while continuing to stir.
Don't forget to add the herbs you have. Here I use one sheet of Bay leaf and kaffir lime leaves.
- Then add the green vegetables. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Then lift and serve.
I serve golden curry pakcoy as a side dish to complement rice or even make them a delicious single dish.
Golden curry with a savory and slightly spicy sauce is also suitable as a dipping sauce for your various snacks such as fries and crackers.
