hello my name is alexander (I covered my face because I would prefer to remain anonymous for now), i live and come from germany , i live close to hamburg. I am 20 years old and currently working in my parents' shop. Although I have always been drawn to cooking, I will probably work as a cook in the future.I'm going to post mainly things related to cooking on hive, hoping to help someone (as well as get some knowledge from you myself).
Ever since I was little, I liked helping my mother and grandmother in the kitchen, always learning something new from them.My grandmother knew the good old recipes, teaching me, while my mother taught me the newer ones.I was always fascinated by the world of cooking. I loved watching cooking shows on television and seeing how chefs created delicious meals from scratch. My curiosity grew, and I wanted to try my hand at cooking myself.
As time went on, my confidence grew, and I began to explore more complex recipes. I experimented with baking cakes, making pasta dishes, and even attempting some international cuisines. I enjoyed the challenge of learning new techniques and flavors.I also started to collect cookbooks and watched cooking videos online to expand my knowledge further. I would spend hours browsing recipes and planning what I wanted to cook next. Cooking became a creative outlet for me, and I loved the joy it brought to others when they tasted my creations.
And although today I do not work as a cook at all, in the future I will be. I hope you will support my passion and also show me some new recipes that are worth trying. Have a nice day everyone!
