Let's find out how Chicken Manchurian is made.
Preparation: The first thing to do is to cut the chicken into thin slices, wash it with clean water and strain the water to get a nice taste. Then pour the meat in a bowl with egg flour, tasty salt, common salt, lemon juice and leave it with the lid on for 25 to 30 minutes. Then put a pipe in the hair and heat the amount of oil. When the oil is hot, fry the grated chicken lightly with a little bit and lightly brown it.
Then add a little more oil to the hotel, heat the oil, ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion.
Then add tomato sauce, sugar, tasty salt and a cup of water to this paste.
When the water boils, boil the fried chicken vinegar with coriander leaves and stir well.

Now you can serve it hot with polao or parotta if you want.
It tastes so good that everyone in my family loves to eat it with porota polao.
