This has become the latest trend on the internet so I tried doing some at home. And it turned out to be really good.
What you need:
- Maida -500 grams
- Salt- As per taste
- Oil
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Chilly powder-1/2 table spoon
- Pepper powder-1/2 tablespoon
- Haldi powder-pinch
- Ginger garlic paste -1/2 table spoon
- Onion- 1
- Tomato- 1
- Coriander leaves -handful
- Curry leaves- 2 leaves
- Lemon - 1 lemon
- Kasturi methi-1/2 table spoon
- Soya sauce
Step 1: Take half kg boneless chicken, mash it and make mince out of it.
Step 2: Boil the chicken for 30mins.
Step 3: Now add oil in a pan. Add onion, tomato and curry leaves and fry it nicely.
Step 4: Add Chilly powder, Pepper powder, Haldi powder, Soya sauce, Ginger garlic paste, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves, Lemon, Kasturi methi and mix it.
Step 5: Now marinate the chicken for 30mins.
Step 6: Take a bowl, add atta, oil and little water and keep for 10 mins.
Step 7: From the atta make small chapatis and then add the marinated chicken inside it.
Step 8: Keep it in steamer for 20 mins.
And your yummy plate of chicken momo's is ready!
