Yesterday in the middle of the afternoon I started a new bike ride. I followed the Frigido's Valley reaching Gronda. There, I repeated 3 times the short climb to Casania, a 900 meters about at 7.5% average gradient climb. Then, I came back home passing by Forno to fill some little bottles at a fountain and continuing with a medium intensity.
