Like Wednesday afternoons are reserved for acrobatics training, Thursdays are designated for MTB sessions at the Bike park Ljubljana in Podutik. As long as the weather permits, of course.
I had one hour of time to invest in the run. I decided to make the round to the north of the park twice. On the second lap, I prolonged it a bit. I also climbed up the park to take some photos and to gather 100 meters of total climb.
In the end, the run was 7 K long with 104 meters of climb.
All the physical activity data that I display in my and
reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.
