Earlier today, I checked my weight and it was 45.9kg. I can sense that I'm on way to lose another kilo this week. But as weighed a minute ago.. it raised to 46.2kg. But I understand that because it's my cheat day today. I ate Mcdonald's for lunch and ordered Milk tea via Grab food.
I originally ordered Chicken Fillet Ala King, Iced Coffee Chocolate and Hash Brown. But the Iced Coffee Choco is unavailable and had replaced it with Hot Choco. Chicken fillet ala king and Hash Brown are one of my comfort food. I would be really disappointed if by any chance Mcdonald's remove this in their menu.
I woke up late about 9am, because of that I moved my morning workout to 12:41PM. I noticed that I feel more exhausted whenever I exercised during the afternoon. I sweat more than I do in the morning.
After a productive 3hours of working out and dancing Zumba. I cleansed my self and took a bath.
I summoned Gong Cha to deliver me 2 large cups of Milk tea in different flavors: Brown Sugar and Matcha. I stored Matcha at the fridge and would drink it tomorrow. One large cup is enough source of sugar today. My heart palpitates every time I drink anything with caffeine whether it's coffee or tea.
Whoa! And I just gave you guys an idea of how to kill me with pleasure. Insert Vilanelle of Killing Eve. Except I'm not Eve!!
