Good morning, how are you friends? Hope everybody is well and healthy. I am also fine with your prayers.
Today I will share with you how important physical exercise is to keep our body healthy. Well-being is one of the extraordinary blessings of the Creator. But to keep the body healthy, we need regular physical exercise like waking up in the morning to walk one to two kilometers and various physical exercises etc. These keep our body fresh and healthy.
