I just finished a 10.079km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:18ss !
Still a little off my personal best but getting better as the weeks go by.
I've been doing some virtual races over the lockdown periods and the latest one I have been doing is a 10km race which is something I haven't done in a very long time and really struggled with. I managed to take almost two minutes off my 10km from last week, so I am hopefully moving in the right direction.
If Ironman goes ahead in a couple of weeks, I will have to revert to doing these time trials again. They really hurt but I think they are making me strong.
