It has been a while cycling riders we discussed on my new riding development. I believe you love cycling as I do because it gives me joy and also makes me fit all the day of my life. Despite all form of exercises, riding a bicycle for exercise is the only acceptable means I choose to run my exercise because it makes me comfortable, gives me good memories, and makes me stay fit all day.
The best time one can enjoy riding a bicycle for exercise the most is having a group you usually compete with. If you ride a bicycle for exercise in groups which could be done as competitions, I usually finds it difficult to give up for my daily routine exercise. I don't usually get tired whenever I'm riding a bicycle for exercise as a group. Even if I'm weak to continue any of my bicycle exercises because of the group of person's who doesn't usually get tired, I'll feel ashamed of myself and then continue till I reach our agreed destination.
Even if any of us in the bicycle exercise group has any issues with his or her bicycle, we usually help each other in fixing it. I remembered last two months we were in such a group and we were already on the road riding for our exercise. One person among our group, her bicycle broke up and all of us have to blow a whistle. We all stopped. There was no way we'll stop the exercise because her bicycle broke on the way. I took it upon myself and then carried her at the back of my bicycle and we continued our bicycle group exercise.
We usually take this kind of group bicycle exercise riding every first or last Saturday of every month. This September coming last Saturday, our group plans to ride our bicycle early morning 6:AM from Afikpo North prison yard to Unwana beach of Ebonyi state. We usually inform the security personnels about our riding before making a move.
Because of some past experiences we gathered riding a group bicycle exercise, we now check out group bicycles before the person can be allowed to come out and join any month bicycle riding. The check usually involves knowing the stand of our bicycle and if faulty, the person will have to fix it before the appointed time and date.
From the check we have done already for this coming last September Saturday exercise, I saw that one of our favorite and fast rider's bicycle is having issues and she need to fixed it on time before Saturday. I saw that her front and back tire has been eating up by roads. Her back shoe brake is no longer functioning well any longer. I have to alert the lady because it was her son that brought the bicycle for check. I told her that if she's willing to join us this Saturday that she should change her front and back tires including her shep brake.
It's very important to make our bicycle front and back tire new and strong so that we'll not have accident in the process of our riding exercise. If the two tires are not good, they may blow or bust on the way which may lead to fatal injury. Our show brake is also very important in bicycle riding exercise because it can help to control over speeding in bending, sloppy, and zigzag roads.
