After a stressful day and the scorching sun, inorder to calm the stress, so i decides to prepare and being glad to share with you all this yummy and healthy vegetable salad that I prepared with love.Being a lover healthy vegetables i made this salad in a different way This is not our regular salad, this is exceptional. You will ask what made it exceptional? I used the he pear as the dressing cream instead of our normal salad cream, the pear made the vegetables tastes so great, creamy and it's very healthy to the body because of its natural fat and in its rich fiber. While the vegetables are good source of vitamins and which also helps to aid indigestion. Besties here is the step by step recipe on how I prepared this healthy vegetable salad.
INGREDIENTS
1 small sized Cabbage
6 Carrot
1 Cucumber
1Pear
1Onions
1Tomatoes
5g of pasta
PROCEDURES
First i wash all my vegetables the carrots, cabbage, onions, tomato thoroughly with salt.
After washing the vegetables i diced or chopped them with my cutter to my desired size and kept them aside
So here i peel the pear, I used my spoon to match it till it's Puree or smooth. The pear here is served as my salad cream.
Then i pour in the vegetables and pasta in a clean bowl.
Lastly I scoop in the smooth pear which is the cream for the salad and then mix all together.
Yes oh our delicious and healthy vegetable salad its ready to be served, It tastes heavenly and creamy. The pear which serves as the dressing cream makes it more unique. This salad can serve as snack or meal and it can be served chilled which is optional and If you are on weight loss journey this is healthy for you.
