Feliz noche amigos de Plant Power (Vegan) para este domingo les traigo una receta basta te fácil, para hoy hice unas deliciosas crepes de remolacha rellenas con ensalada ideales para una cena rápida y fácil. La verdad que luego de pasar toda la semana cocinando los domingos me gusta hacer recetas bastante fáciles y sin mucha complicación voy estás crepes están muy fáciles de preparar y lo mejor es que las puedes rellenar con lo que más gustes. Ingredientes: - 1 remolacha. -200 gr de harina de trigo. - 350 ml de agua. - sal al gusto. - 2 cucharadas de aceite. - 1 tomate. - 150 gr de repollo. - 1/2 cebolla morada. - 1/2 pimenton rojo.	Ingredients: - 1 beetroot. -200 gr of wheat flour. - 350 ml of water. - salt to taste. - 2 tablespoons of oil. - 1 tomato. - 150 gr of cabbage. - 1/2 purple onion. - 1/2 red bell pepper.

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es cocinar bien la remolacha, esto es lo que más tiempo nos va a llevar.	The first thing we are going to do is cook the beets well, this is what will take us the longest.

Ahora en la licuadora vamos a agregar el agua, un poco de sal y la mitad de nuestro aceite vanos a agregar todo esto para hacer la mezcla de las crepes. Ahora vamos a pelar la remolacha, ya está bastante blanda y será más fácil que se licue y se integre bien en la mezcla de las crepes, la vamos a cortar para que se licue más rápido. Ahora vamos a agregar la harina de trigo en nuestra licuadora y tapamos para proceder a licuar está mezcla muy bien.	Now we are going to add the wheat flour in our blender and cover to proceed to blend this mixture very well.

Vamos a licuar por un par de minutos para que tengamos una mezcla bien homogénea, si vemos la mezcla muy espesa podemos agregar un poco más de agua para así tener una mezcla un poco más ligera. En un sartén limpio vamos a colocar un poco de aceite que podemos esparcir mejor con una brocha para evitar que las crepes se peguen.	In a clean pan we are going to place a little oil that we can better spread with a brush to prevent the crepes from sticking.

Una vez tenemos el sartén caliente y con aceite vamos a proceder a agregar las mezcla de las crepes y que no quede tan gruesa y que cubra todo el sartén. Vamos a dejar que nuestra crepé se cocine bien y vamos a repetir este proceso hasta usar toda la mezcla, estás son unas crepes grandes y muy sabrosas. Ahora vamos a lavar muy bien nuestros vegetales y vamos a proceder a cortarlos para preparar la ensalada que vamos a colocar en nuestros crepes. El repollo lo vamos a cortar finamente y los demás vegetales los cortamos en julianas.	Now we are going to wash our vegetables very well and we are going to proceed to cut them to prepare the salad that we are going to place in our crepes.
