Feliz día amigos de Plant Power (Vegan) está mañana les traigo el paso a paso de unos deliciosos waffles que la verdad tienen muy pocos ingredientes y además son deliciosos. Son ideales para el desayuno o una merienda, a mí me encanto esta opción porque no requiere azúcar refinada ni harina de trigo así que es libre de gluten. Está idea me pareció genial para una prima que no puede consumir gluten ni lacteos ya que el líquido que lleva está mezcla es agua o puede ser alguna leche vegetal.

Happy day friends of Plant Power (Vegan) this morning I bring you the step by step of some delicious waffles that actually have very few ingredients and are also delicious. They are ideal for breakfast or a snack, I loved this option because it does not require refined sugar or wheat flour, so it is gluten-free. This idea seemed great to me for a cousin who cannot consume gluten or dairy since the liquid that this mixture contains is water or it can be some vegetable milk.

Ingredientes: - 300 gr de cambur. - 150 de harina de avena. - 1/2 cucharada de bicarbonato. - 1/2 cucharada de polvo para hornear. - 1/2 cucharada de canela. - 1 cucharada de vinagre. - 1/2 taza de agua.	Ingredients: - 300 gr of banana. - 150 oat flour. - 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda. - 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder. - 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon. - 1 tablespoon of vinegar. - 1/2 cup of water.

Vamos a pelar los cambures y hacer un puré. Cómo pueden ver estoy usando unos cambures bien maduros ya que estos van a estar más dulces y por esto no vamos a tener que agregar azúcar a nuestra mezcla para los waffles.	We are going to peel the bananas and make a puree. As you can see I am using some very ripe bananas since these are going to be sweeter and therefore we are not going to have to add sugar to our waffle mix.

Una vez tenemos el puré listo vamos a agregar el bicarbonato, polvo de hornear y canela y lo integramos bien al puré.	Once we have the puree ready, we are going to add the bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and cinnamon and integrate it well into the puree.

Vamos a agregar la cucharada de vinagre que nos ayudará a activar el bicarbonato y polvo de hornear para que está mezcla tenga un poco más de aire o esponjosidad.	We are going to add the tablespoon of vinegar that will help us activate the bicarbonate and baking powder so that this mixture has a little more air or fluffiness.

Ahora vamos a agregar la harina de avena, yo tenía avena en hojuelas y la licue muy bien en la licuadora y obtuve la harina. Y la vamos a ir integrando a nuestra mezcla.	Now we are going to add the oat flour, I had oat flakes and I blended it very well in the blender and I obtained the flour. And we are going to integrate it into our mix.

Nuestra mezcla se va a volver muy espesa le vamos a colocar la media taza de agua y mezclamos muy bien.	Our mixture is going to become very thick, we are going to add half a cup of water and mix very well.

Aquí ya tenemos la mezcla lista para cocinar nuestros waffles.	Here we already have the mixture ready to cook our waffles.

Vamos a agregar aceite con una brocha para evitar que los waffles se peguen. Agregamos la mezcla y cerramos la wafflera hasta que nuestros waffles estén doraditos.	We are going to add oil with a brush to prevent the waffles from sticking. Add the mixture and close the waffle iron until our waffles are golden brown.

De esta mezcla me salieron 4 waffles que servi con un poco de azúcar glass y que quedaron realmente deliciosos y que su olor era muy sabroso.
