vegetable soup and rice bread with spicy beans.
vegetables:
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped potato
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup chopped celery
1 chopped medium size onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cube of vegetable stock
3 cloves of garlic
salt to taste and black pepper.
1 bay leaf
1 block of vegetable noodles.

Heat the oil add bay leaf and grated garlic to the pan add onion and bell pepper sautee for 2 minutes. add all vegetables init sautee 2 minutes more.
Dissolve vegetable stock in the water and use it to cook soup. add salt and black pepper in. cook until vegetables get soft.
Add some noodles to the soup and our soup is ready.
Making the spicy green beans.
Heat the oil in the pan add 1 medium size chopped onion, sautee it add spices 1.5 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp turmeric.
Add cleaned and chopped green beans in spicy onion add chopped coriander then water and finish cooking.
to make rice bread we need 1.5 cups of rice flour. non-sticky. a pinch of salt and 1 cup water .
boil the water in the pan add salt and then flour stir it to mix properly. take off from heat and spread on the plate.
Using a small bowl knead the mixture. make a soft dough and divide it into small balls. use your palm to flatten each ball to make round flatbread. place
one by one carefully on a frying pan.
Cook it on one side and flip it to the other side.it will start puffing up.
Let it puff fully. our gluten-free vegan bread is now ready. goes well with lentil soups or any spiced vegetables. potatoes, beans, or cauliflower.
