Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you're all doing well. Today, I am sharing a delicious breakfast with you that is very flavorful. It's primarily a North Indian or Punjabi dish, a stuffed Gobi Paratha recipe. The flatbread is made with whole wheat flour and filled with a spicy cauliflower mixture. To make these Gobi Parathas, I need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower (1 whole)
- Onions (2 or 3)
- Green chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Red chili powder
- Ginger
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, wash the cauliflower and grate it. If you have a food processor, you can use it to chop the cauliflower and onions. Add salt to the mixture.
- Chop the green coriander leaves, green chilies, and ginger, and keep them aside.
- Drain any excess water from the grated cauliflower.
- Mix the chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, and red chili powder into the cauliflower mixture. Don't add salt again as it was added earlier. Mix everything well.
- Take wheat flour for the dough. Knead it well and then take a small portion of the dough. Flatten it and stuff it with the cauliflower mixture.
- Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha.
- Heat a pan, add oil, and cook the paratha until it's golden brown on both sides.
