- Soybean oil 120 grams

Step by step making plan


Here I have shown a selfie with 11 types of vegetables.Then I peel the vegetables well with a knife.Here I have kept the vegetables on a separate plate.Wash all the vegetables well in a basin with clean water and take them in a plate.Here I show you the ingredients of onion and garlic.

Here I saute all the ingredients including onion, green chillies and garlic. After washing all the materials I put them on display.


Here I cut all the vegetables into cubes with a knife with great feeling. And finely chopped the green chillies onion garlic. Here I show a selfie.

Here I have roasted it in the oven and after heating it, I have added 120 grams of soybean oil.Next I added cinnamon and cumin seeds. Then I sauteed onion, green chillies and garlic ingredients.Shown here is a selfie.

Here I have fried a quantity of salt turmeric and bay leaves.

Here all the necessary ingredients are mixed well and fried.Shown here is a selfie with vegetables.First I sauteed two vegetables, Devo Kachankala and Sweet Bitter Gourd. Next I add pointed gourd and asparagus bean to the pan and mix it well.

Here I add Lady's Finger and Arum to the pan. Mix it well.Then I sauteed Rige Gourd and Eggplant.Here I have roasted Tomato and Snake Gourd.Then we I cooked zucchini.

Here I have added a generous amount of powdered spices to make the curry taste incomparable.

Here I have added 250 meters of water to boil the curries.

After adding water, I covered it and kept it covered for 10-12 minutes.Then I opened the lid and mixed all the ingredients well.After that I took it again with the lid. I reduced the heat of the stove and again after 10 minutes I took the curry down.

Finally we completed the cooking process by using all our ingredients properly. Although it was very difficult for me to organize so many materials. But I have easily arranged the serial in a nice and tidy way.You can combine these wonderful vegetables by following these steps.
