Bengali Recipe :

Hopefully all are well and in a sound health.I am here again today with a bengali vegetarian recipe,hope everyone will like it.The main food of most of the people in our country is rice and vegetables. Because there are many farmers in our country, and the people of this agricultural country always grow their own vegetables and cook those vegetables for their livelihood. That's why I and all my family eat all kinds of vegetables.I love to eat vegetables. In other words, vegetables are cooked in our house every day of the week.
I don't always like to eat one type of vegetable so sometimes I like to cook vegetables in different ways.Radish leaves is one of my favourite vegetables.Radish leaves are available in winter.now i discussed the nutritional value of Radish leaves.
Radish greens are rich in vitamin C which acts as an anti-oxidant and prevents the body from diseases. It also contains folic acid rich in molybdenum, potassium, vitamin B complex. Radish is a vegetable rich in anticancer properties, consuming radish can protect against allergies and heart disease.Today i will show you how to cook Radish greens in bengali style,but it is very tasty to eat.so let's share the recipe of Radish leaves.
- Radish Greens - on necessary
- Onion - 1 pic in big size
- Green Chilli - 4 pic
- Garlic - 2 pic
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cooking Oil - 2 Tablespoon
- Coriander Leaves - on necessary
STEP - 1
First I cut these radish greens and then wash them well.
STEP - 2
After cutting the radish greens into small pieces, I will add some salt and leave them to rest for 1/2 hour. After putting salt in this way, a lot of water will come out of the radish greens. Then I will squeeze the water out of the radish greens by hand. By doing this, the radish greens will become very soft.
Now I have washed and cut the onion, green chillis and garlic.And took salt and coriander powder.
STEP - 3
Now place a pan in the oven and put 2 tablespoons of oil in this pan. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic.
STEP - 4
When the color of the garlic turns brown, I add the onion, green chillies and saute them for about 1 minute.
STEP - 5
After frying for 1 minute, when the onions become soft, add salt and coriander powder.
STEP - 6
Now I will give the radish greens that have been soaked in water.
Mix the radish greens well with everything. Then cook these radish greens on low flame for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes I will add chopped coriander leaves in it. Now I will serve this radish greens with hot rice.
