Today i would like to represent a very healthy recipe with you all. This is soyabeen recipe, which you called soyabeen sabji or curry.
soyabeans is a good source of plant - based protine.
This is an important food for vegetarian. From this soya we get many health benefits. Like it reduce the risk of cancer , lowered blood pressure , improved bone health and many more. Excess consumption may be the result of some digestion problem.
Today i made soya-chunk sabji , which is made with soya chunks, onion, tomato, garlic - ginger paste and some spices. Easy to make and a healthy recipe which can be enjoyed with chapathi, rice, pulao or naan.

Ingredients ✅
Soya beans 1 bowl
Onion 2 medium size
Tomato 1- 2 (as you like)
Green chilli 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Hing one pinch
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves to garnish
(Here is the Veggies, I have small size onion so i take 4 onion this time, otherwise 2 medium side onion is enough)
process to make soya chunks sabji ✅
Step 1:
First take 1 bowl soya . This time i don't take mini soya chunks, i use big size soya chunks . You can use mini soya chunks (as your prefrence).
Take two cup water and heat the water. Than turn off the flame and add soya chunks in the hot water, cover the lid and rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Take the veggies, onion, tomato, green chilli 😀 . Chopped finely or make the gravy.
I chopped them in the chopper.
Step 3:
Now take a pan and heat 2 tbsp oil in it .
When the oil is hot enough add cumin seeds and hing.
Step 4:
When cumin seeds start to crackle add onion and cook for 1 minute on the low to medium flame.
step 5:
Now add ginger garlic paste and cook till the onion turn brownish. Also add chopped green chilli.
Step 6:
Now add tomato puree in it. And mix well.
Step 7:
Cook for 30 seconds and add all spices in it.
Give it a good mixture.
Step 8:
Now add little water and cook for 3-4 minutes on the low flame.
Step 9:
On the other side drain the water from the soya chunks and squeeze the water completely.
Step 10:
Now add the soya chunks in the gravy to made. And mix well. Turn off the flame.
Your soya chunk sabji is ready to enjoy. Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy with hot chapati or rice.
