Good evening everyone, This day was beautiful as every day for me. I love garlic flavour. So i,m cooked mashed Garlic leaf.Garlic leaf is healthy and this flavour was good. So lets described my recipe of mashed garlic leaf.
2.Onion -1 piece
3.Fry Red chilli - 3 pieces
4.Green chilli -2 pieces
5.Black cumin - 2 tablespoon
6.Salt - 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
7.Oil
I,m start my cooking To chop garlic in small pieces. I will chop all garlic leaf with spoon. Then i will keep all chop garlic leaf in a clay bowl.
1st i,m say that i,m make it with traditional style. So i,m use traditional grinder, clay bowl and clay stove.Wash all chop gaelic leaf.
I,m going to cooked in our traditional stove. Take. a pan and give all chop Garlic leaf. Then give 1 or 2 cup of water as you need and boiled it.When i,m boiled it i,m give 1 tablespoon salt in it.
After boiled garlic leaf i,m going to fry it with more salt. Give 1/2 tablespoon salt, 3 green chilli, 2 tablespoon Black cumin and chop onion. I,m stir it otherwise it was burn. So stir it with spoon.
I will fry it lightly and keep it unlit it was cold.
When it was become cold i,m going to mashed it. For that i,m use our traditional grinder. I,m mashed it here with 3 fry red chilli. I live spicy food so i will make it like this. You know to blending in traditional grinder it different and more tasteful. This taste was not come from blender. This though was mine not foe everyone.
After mashed it, i,m take a small round shape red plate and keep all mashed garlic.Then decorated it with 1 fry red chilli and garlic leaf. I,m going to eat it with rice. It was too delicious like all my recipe. Try it at home then you get the delicious taste.
