Ingredients
100 grams of sweet potato fruit
Raisins to taste
200 grams of oatmeal flour
100 grams of cornstarch
2 spoons of margarine
The sweet potato that I use after the mashed process weighs as much as 100 grams, so make sure that each size of the ingredients you use are well-composed in your recipe.
Procedure Cooking
- Boil sweet potatoes in boiling water until completely tender then mash with a blender or fork until smooth.
- Grind the oatmeal until smooth like flour in general. After the smooth oatmeal, mix the oatmeal with cornstarch stir until well blended.
- Then add the mashed sweet potato and add margarine, then I stir until evenly distributed and smooth.
- Then round and divide the dough into several parts.
- Flatten the dough or shape according to your taste, here because I don't have a mold I just flatten it in a circle.
- Add raisins on top of the cake that has been formed, do it until it's finished.
- Finally, bake the cookies until cooked at 150 degrees Celsius within 35 minutes.
