If you usually enjoy your salads wrapped in rice paper, check out how rice paper wraps a delicious corn-vegetable mix into an at-home snack.
Hi vegan lovers, it's great to be back today preparing one of my go-to recipes when I'm hungry at home. Preparing from ingredients available at home is the best alternative to enjoying delicious and different vegan snacks.
Stir-fried cauliflower corn Rice Paper Wrap
Cauliflower corn is 3 very tasty ingredients combined, added with a combination of onions and chili peppers makes a delicious stir-fry. I wrapped it in rice paper and fried it to a crisp with plenty of vegetables inside. This is an easy way to make simple snacks but believe me this snack is one way for you to do it quickly and produce delicious snacks.
Now the healthier version you can bake it in the oven or airfryer. But in my opinion, frying with a little oil will be much more crisp texture of the rice paper that I wrapped.

Looking at the beautiful result, I arranged it on a serving plate by splitting the corn into 2 parts. The fragrance came out, the aroma of corn, onion became one touch in the serving plate.
The taste is very good, very savory, the combination of cauliflower, chicory and jahmgungemang is spectacular with a sweet and spicy taste. Plus after wrapping there is a crunchy texture on the outside. I am very happy that the recipe I made is simple and easy but has a delicious taste especially if you try to try it with chili sauce or soy sauce it is very good too.
