Vegan Shopping Day
Shopping is my favorite activity, even spending a lot of time there has become a routine habit. Choosing and buying good materials is a certain satisfaction when shopping. Well actually this shopping trip I was not alone, I was accompanied by a friend of mine as well as my co-workers. We usually do routine shopping once a month for basic needs, but for vegetable needs I usually do it once or twice a week. We do this to keep our food ingredients fresh. Our shopping point is always at the traditional market which is very close to our house. But occasionally we also shop at the supermarket, but that is very rarely done. Because I think shopping is fun in traditional markets, besides being cheap, the food ingredients are very complete and fresh.
Today I shopped at two places, the first one was at a place that specializes in selling vegetables, where I bought a variety of vegan ingredients, the traditional market is usually busy with sellers and buyers in the morning, so I happened to shop in the afternoon. not many sellers and buyers again, because usually in traditional markets they sell for a while if their merchandise runs out they go straight home.
The ingredients I bought were tempeh 2 boards for IDR. 5,000 then green chili IDR. 2,000, long beans 400 grams IDR. 2,000, then a kg of cucumbers costs IDR. 5000, in this first place I only spent a total of IDR. 14,000 only. Very cheap isn't it, and I also get 1 tomato free, how lucky isn't it? shop that much for only a small fee, this is the advantage of shopping at traditional markets. Not only some groceries that I bought, they also sell many other vegan ingredients, such as spices, even vegetables which are very diverse, all very complete.
After shopping at the first place, then I continued shopping at the second place, which is still the first place, but here sells a lot of vegetables as well as fruits and other grocery items. I bought some fruit like mango and oranges, mango I bought kg for IDR. 10,000, oranges kg IDR. 10,000, then I bought wheat flour, and fanir flour and also lime. Here I only spend Rp. 25,000. This is the price they offer, if you are good at bargaining, usually you will be given the bargaining price, it all depends on us and the friendliness of the seller.
That's the advantage of shopping at traditional markets and it's fun in my opinion, and don't hesitate for the quality of the ingredients, in my opinion, it's also very good. Well, below are the results of my shopping today, for the oranges I finished eating on the way home because I only bought half a kg. And I also bought traditional snacks that are sold specifically in the market, namely pancong cakes made from wheat with a mixture of grated coconut.
Well that's my vegan shopping trip, hope you like it, and I'd like to invite my friends to participate in this contest
hope you have some free time to have fun shopping in your
