Today I am going to give a dish that can be prepared very easily and at a low cost. My family likes this the most. today I am going to prepare the sago coconut cookies recipe that is unique to Sri Lanka. Although this is a traditional dish, it is still sold in supermarkets. It is called sago cookies because it is made from sago. Let's see what ingredients are needed to prepare this.
Materials Used.
Grated Coconut 100g.
Breadcrumbs. 100g.
Sago seed 100g.
Sugar 100g.
1/2 Teaspoon of salt powder.
A little water.
About 10 cumin seeds.
Method of preparation.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. For that, first take a bowl, add sago to it and fry it till it turns golden.
Next we take a bowl and add roasted sago, grated coconut, sugar, sugar, salt and about 2 table spoons of water and mix well.
The mixture should look like the picture below.
Now we take a bottle lid and fill the lid with the mixture and press it well. Arrange the pressed mixture on a plate or something like below.
Next, we take an iron plate or an aluminum plate, put oil paper on it and keep it on the stove until it gets hot and put the prepared sago cookies on it. When it burns on one side, turn the other side and let it burn.
