Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, I hope that every day that dawns in cold December will be the happy day that you wish for. I believe that today will also be a beautiful/successful day for you. The dish that I am going to prepare for you today is actually a sweet snack that I prepared very quickly and enjoyed with afternoon tea. This is a crispy sugar batto. It takes less than ten minutes to make. So, let's see how to make.
Ingredients;
- 100g of bread flour
- 200ml of oil
- 50g of white sugar
- Two drops of red food colouring
- 50ml of water
- A pinch of salt powder
The method of making;
First, add salt and a tablespoon of coconut oil to the flour.
Now add food coloring and water little by little and prepare this flour mill.
Knead well for about a minute.
ā
Now sprinkle some flour on the tray and make this dough very thin. If you think this flour mixture is too thick, break it into two parts and thin it out.
After thinning, cut out the uneven round parts and cut into three normal rectangle pieces.
Take a rectangular piece and make it thin again.
Now fold as shown in the picture. It is a very easy.
Now add oil to a pan and when the oil is heated lets fry this stick on low flame for about six to seven minutes.
Now let's prepare the sugar syrup. For that, add sugar to a pan and add water to cover the sugar. After that, keep the sugar syrup on the stove until the sugar melts and it comes to a sticky consistency in a very low flame.
Add this sugar syrup hot to the fried sticks.
After coating the suga syrup well, keep these sticks aside. Otherwise, the sticks may stick.
How does it look, how do you like it, isn't it, really, this crispy sugar battu is a sweet dish that can be enjoyed very quickly with tea time. My family members liked it very much. Because this can be prepared in a very short time and can be enjoyed as a very sweet and familiar snack. We can make it and taste it in an unimaginable time.
