Ingredients;
- 50g of rice flakes
- 50g of grated coconut
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt powder
- 1/4 cup of water
- 10g of Dates
- 10g of raisins
- Two tablespoons of sugar
The method of making;
Put these rice flakes in water twice and wash them well. But remove it within 30 seconds of putting the water together, because the rice flakes will dissolve quickly.
Squeeze out the water well.
Remove the seeds from the dates.
Cut the dates and raisins into small pieces.
Now heat a suitable vessel and add sugar to it. After adding 1/4 cup of water for a while. Also add salt powder. Stir well over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Now add grated coconut.
Then add dates and raisins also.
Stir this mixture well and cook on low flame for about two minutes.

At the end, add the washed and cleaned rice flakes and stir for about a minute and remove from the heat.
Transfer this prepared rice flakes mixture to another bowl for about two minutes to cool down.
Now all you have to do is make normal sized balls and taste them.
This is a quick and very tasty sweet-tasting rice flakes laddu. Of course, this is very tasty, but if you don't like it too sweet, you can prepare it by using less sugar.
