If you like a snack or breakfast, you can try it. Especially this one is worth a snack.That is 'sweet coconut rotti'. We Asians are very fond of the coconut.So you can add coconut and make delicious coconut sweet rotti like this. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Two cups of grated coconut
- A cup of plain flur
- Half cup of sugr
- A tablespoon of oil
- 60ml of water
- Half teaspoon of vanilla
- Two cloves of cardamom
- A teaspoon of salt powder
The method of making;
First, add one cup of coconut to the bowl and add 3/4 teaspoons of salt powder and one tablespoon of coconut oil to it.
Stir all the above well and now add one cup of flour.
Mix all the above ingredients well with flour and add water little by little to make a regular thick dough.
Knead this flour mill well for about two minutes.
Now separate the seeds from the cardamom pods.
Now add three spoons of sugar in a bowl and caramelize it.
Now add the remaining sugar and dissolve it.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder and cardamom seeds.
Add vanilla.
Now add three tablespoons of hot water and reduce the heat in the pan.
Now add the grated coconut and stir well. Then reduce the flame of the stove and keep it for two minutes and remove it from the stove.
Now take a thinning tray, put a little flour on it, make small balls of flour with the large flour mill and flatten them one by one in a round shape.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the sweet coconut mixture on one side of a thinly sliced roti.
Now keep the other side and fold it as shown in the picture.
Now let's shape this roti with a fork as shown in the picture.
Now we need to bake this roti. For that, put a pan on the stove and after it heats up well, reduce the heat on the stove, put the prepared rotti and bake both sides on low flame.
How, really tasty. Because this is sweet. That's why this is a sweet snack to drink hot tea.This is tastier than normal roti. Because coconut is added to this. It really doesn't take much time to make this coconut roti. And it doesn't cost much. That's why you can make it quickly and enjoy it.
