Excellent recipe, though I feel I need to clarify something important. The leaves shown in the photos are of cassava/yuca - Manihot esculentum, not sweet potato - Ipomoea batatas. This is an important distinction, as these are very different, unrelated plants. This is part of the problem with using local common or vernacular names, as it can be very confusing! 😁🙏💚
