- 2 bulbos de hinojos, 1 tomate rojo, 1 cebolla, 1 zanahoria, 1 limón, 2 ajíes dulces, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharada de aceite.
- 2 fennel bulbs, 1 red tomato, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 lemon, 2 sweet peppers, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon of oil.

- Colocar los hinojos en un tazón con suficiente agua y lavarlos.
- Place the fennels in a bowl with enough water and wash them.
- Retirar los tallos secos.
- Remove dry stems.
- Cortar finamente los bulbos y tallos.
- Finely chop the bulbs and stems.
- Colocar todo lo picado en un tazón, agregar el jugo de limón.

- Cortar la cebolla en ruedas y añadirla.

- Cortar finamente los ajíes dulces y agregar.
