With the rainy weather in my area of Aceh today, I took the initiative to cook stir-fried cabbage for my beloved family, for friends who want to try cooking it, you can try my recipe.
ingredients:
🔹300 grams of cabbage.
🔹 2 pieces of red onion.
🔹 1 tomato.
🔹 1 grain of garlic.
🔹5 green chilies.
🔹 1/2 cm ginger.
🔹1/2 teaspoon salt.
🔹 cooking oil 6 tablespoons.
👩🍳 how to cook:
☑️Cut the cabbage as you wish, here I chopped it a little bit small, make sure the cabbage has been washed clean.
☑️chop shallots, garlic,een chilies, ginger, and also tomatoes.
☑️heat cooking oil, add shallots, garlic, and ginger, stir well until slightly cooked.
☑️ add green chilies, stir briefly.
☑️ add tomatoes, cook until slightly cooked.
☑️then add chopped cabbage,stir evenly.
☑️add salt,stir well,wait until cooked,taste test according to taste.
☑️ when it's cooked, remove it and serve it to your beloved family.
