Introduction
Hi! here playing Splinterlands everyday!

Now I will proceed with reviewing the Core Rare cards that belongs to the Chaos Legion which I started with the Fire Element and now proceeding with the Water Element.

Rare Water Cards In Action
Battle 1: Kelya Frendul, River Nymph and Angelic Mandarin

Noxious Fumes | All monsters start the battle poisoned. |

Stampede | The |
As we have an Noxious Fumes rule set, all monsters were poisoned and the Cleanse ability of River Nymph was essential because it can remove the poison on the monster in the 1st position which in this case was Baakjira along with the other debuffs on it but aside from that, it was able to provide an additional speed to all ally monsters using swiftness which enables them to attack faster than the opponent. and since, it was a magic monster, it was also able to at least deal some magic damage to the opponent.
Meanwhile, we have Angelic Mandarin that provides Triage, allowing a portion of one backline monster's health to be restored for each round which allowed the poisoned monster to be able to last longer aside from the Silence that reduces the magic attack of the opponent. Both monsters were also made more faster and harder to defeat because Kelya Frendul has provided +1 speed and armor.
Battle 2: Merdaali Guardian, Angelic Mandarin and Kelya Frendul

Little League | Only monsters & summoners that cost 4 mana or less may be used in battle. |
Taking Sides | Neutral monsters may not be used in battles. |
Aim True | Attacks always hit their target. |
Once again, I used Kelya Frendul and Angelic Mandarin on this battle due to both having the cost of 4 or less mana which makes it eligible for the Little League rule set but aside from that, I also used Merdaali Guardian that despite having 0 attack, it has the Strengthen that increases the health of all ally monsters by 1 aside from the Tank Heal which restores a portion of the health of the monster in 1st position as well as Repair that restores the armor of an ally monster every round.
Battle 3: Diemonshark

Up Close & personal | Only monsters with |
Silenced Summoners | Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/ use any abilities. |
Lost Legendaries | Legendary monsters may not be used in battles. |
This battle was an unusual one given that I placed Diemonshark at the last position where it does not have the ability to attack due to only melee monsters can be used but since, it got the Retaliate ability, it was still able to deal damage on any melee monsters that tries to attack using Sneak just like how it does to Pelacor Bandit.
Final Thoughts
Once again, just like the Water Commons, The Water Rares for the Chaos Legion also are very powerful cards that makes it dominant among other elements. Kelya Frendul was a very excellent summoner with that +1 speed and armor which further increases the speed and armor of Diemonshark, making it faster and hard to beat. I also frequently use Merdaali Guardian for its Tank Heal and Repair ability as well as Angelic Mandarin for its Triage and Silence which both only cost 3 mana and can be added for different type of rule sets.
