Agosto es un mes muy importante para mí porque está lleno de cumpleaños especiales, aparte que este año inicié clases intensivas en la universidad este mes así que no he parado de hacer cosas interesantes en todo el mes; aunque todo lo bueno siempre viene con su dosis mala, considero que lo malo que ocurrió en este mes no opacó para nada lo bonito. Empezando el mes con las clases de intensivo dónde pude reencontrarme con varios compañeros y convivir con nuevos amigos, la lluvia hizo sus estragos pero gracias a ella tuve varias anécdotas que contar como la que les compartí en este post; también estuve aprendiendo con cursos muy interesantes, como el que hice de fotografía a principios de mes que fue sumamente interesante y dónde aprendí muchísimo.
Aparte de ser un mes lleno de conocimientos, también fue un mes muy familiar, dónde conviví mucho más con mi hermana sea de forma directa o indirecta, ¿por qué digo indirecta? porque mi hermana cumple el 30 de Agosto y quería hacerle una sorpresa especial para su cumpleaños, así que de una u otra forma estuve involucrada con ella durante todo el mes. El cumpleaños de mi mamá tampoco pasó desapercibido, nos reunimos sus hijas, mi abuela y su pareja en su casa para celebrar un día tan importante como su cumpleaños y la pasamos increíble.
Fue un mes muy bonito, lleno de experiencias inolvidables y donde pude compartir con muchos seres queridos pero lamentablemente terminó fatal; para los que no son de Venezuela no estarán tan familiarizados con esto pero en 2019 ocurrió un Apagón Nacional, algo que pensábamos que solo podía ocurrir en las películas pero que para los venezolanos se volvió una realidad, justo el viernes volvió a suceder lo que pensábamos era una obra de ficción, otro apagón nacional pero este fue más intenso que el anterior porque incluso las telecomunicaciones dejaron de funcionar, algo que no ocurrió en el primer apagón. Lo sarcástico de todo fue que el primer apagón nacional ocurrió un día después de mi cumpleaños, el 7 de Marzo, y este segundo pasó justo el día del cumpleaños de mi hermana mayor, el 30 de Agosto, y fue como si el universo nos estuviese jugando una broma a ambas, sin embargo, eso no fue impedimento para celebrar.
Espero que este incidente no se vuelva a repetir, la electricidad ha estado fluctuando un poco pero ya está más estable, sin embargo, estamos en la incertidumbre y expectativa que pueda volver a ocurrir; si llegaste hasta acá, te lo agradezco un motón, espero te haya gustado mi resumen del mes. August is a very important month for me because it is full of special birthdays, besides that this year I started intensive classes at the university this month so I have not stopped doing interesting things throughout the month; although everything good always comes with its bad dose, I consider that the bad that happened this month didn't overshadow the nice things at all. Starting the month with the intensive classes where I was able to meet again with several classmates and meet new friends, the rain made its ravages but thanks to it I had several anecdotes to tell like the one I shared in this post; I was also learning with very interesting courses, like the one I did in photography at the beginning of the month which was very interesting and where I learned a lot.
Apart from being a month full of knowledge, it was also a very familiar month, where I lived much more with my sister either directly or indirectly, why do I say indirectly? because my sister's birthday is August 30 and I wanted to make her a special surprise for her birthday, so in one way or another I was involved with her throughout the month. My mom's birthday didn't go unnoticed either, we gathered her daughters, my grandmother and her partner at her house to celebrate such an important day as her birthday and we had an incredible time.
It was a very nice month, full of unforgettable experiences and where I was able to share with many loved ones but unfortunately it ended fatally; for those who are not from Venezuela will not be so familiar with this but in 2019 a National Blackout happened, something that we thought could only happen in the movies but for Venezuelans it became a reality, just on Friday it happened again what we thought was a work of fiction, another national blackout but this one was more intense than the previous one because even telecommunications stopped working, something that did not happen in the first blackout. The sarcastic part of it all was that the first national blackout happened one day after my birthday, March 7, and this second one happened right on my older sister's birthday, August 30, and it was as if the universe was playing a joke on both of us, however, that wasn't an impediment to celebrate.
I hope this incident doesn't happen again, the electricity has been fluctuating a little but it is now more stable, however, we are in the uncertainty and expectation that it may happen again; if you made it this far, I thank you a lot, I hope you liked my summary of the month. See you soon💙
