Dipping into the Tennessee stash for this #beersaturday with Yee-Haw Kolsch brewed by the . . .
Yee-Haw Brewing Company in Johnson City TENNESSEE!
FUN FACT: The expression Yee and Haw are actually commands given to plow horses to signal direction. The Yee (also Gee) means to turn right and Haw means to turn left.
See you can learn something new while enjoying beer.
So if you ever find yourself behind a plow horse and need to turn right or left you will know what to say.
Just a word of caution, if you ever try this with a mule, you just might get kicked in the face because mules don't like to be told what to do by loudmouths yelling Yee or Haw.
Just look at this Fine Southern Beer, pours nicely with a decent bubbly head.
Lets get to the nitty-gritty of Yee-Haw Kolsch brewed by the good folks in Johnson City, TENNESSE!

As many of you may know, I like a good Kolsch so much so that it is the make or break beer for me. If a brewer cannot deliver a good Kolsch then there is no way I will try any other beers from that brewery.
With that being said did YEE-HAW Brewing Co. make the grade?
YEE-HAW Kolsch
Now if you have bothered to read this far and are still somber, my humble apologies. However, I have a fine #beersaturday tradition of giving away a BEER token, to you the faithful and diligent reader.
But seeing as this is Merica, you will have to work for it!
Tennessee is nicknamed the "Volunteer State" because once upon a time America went to War (shocking I know). The Federal Government called for 10,000 (ten thousand) volunteers to be raised in Tennessee. Over 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Tennesseans (bet you did not know that was the plural form for those who live in Tennessee) volunteered for military service.
The first person to answer in the reply the following question gets a BEER token.
WHAT WAR WAS IT THAT TENNESSEE EARNED THE NICKNAME "THE VOLUNTEER STATE"?
See y'all next #beersaturday!
