After this morning's adventures I have been taking it fairly easy. I am glad I did the food shopping yesterday, but I still did some stuff in the garden including harvesting various things. This evening I just wanted to chill out with a beer and a movie. The beer was X-Ray Spex, which is one of the Southsea Brewing Co. beers I had for father's day.
The DDH stands for double dry hopped. It made for a fairly strong beer with plenty of fruity flavour. They do not write too much on the back of the cans. It was hazy, but pretty light in colour. It did have some residue in the bottom.
For dinner I made enchiladas for my son and I, from a kit. These were filled with onion, courgette, peppers and mushrooms as well as the sauce and cheese. I had some mashed avocado on the side with my chips as I could not be bothered to make proper guacamole. It was all rather tasty and filling.
The movie was Spider-man: Far From Home, which I have been meaning to watch for a while. Having seen all the other MCU movies this carries on the story. I really enjoyed it. Nice to see some scenes in London at familiar locations.
I rate that as a good evening.
