Hola saludos nuevamente comunidad de Hive account@hiveio y Hive account@fulldeportes hoy les mostrare una sesión de sparring con mi compañero y amigo Javier Rivas. Este post está escrito en español y traducido al inglés para la comodidad de todos los lectores.

El sparring se va a llevar a cabo siguiendo la reglas del full contact, es decir. Es válido golpear con los puños de la cintura para arriba y de la misma forma se valen los golpes de puño con giro, las patadas de la cintura para arriba y los barridos a las piernas del oponente también son validos. Hicimos 3 asaltos de 3 minutos cada uno con un minuto de descanso entre cada asalto.
