Today, I am using Kurakkan flour instead of fruits. I am going to share with you how to prepare an interesting and beneficial paste for treating various diseases. Due to the dietary fiber in kurakkan flour, it helps in digestion and is particularly helpful in regulating blood sugar levels. Additionally, it is rich in protein, calcium, and vitamins. It is ideal to incorporate Kurakkan flour to enhance the nutritional value of various recipes, such as bread, pancakes, porridge, and baked goods. Now, let's proceed to learn how to make kurakkan porridge.

š 3 tablespoons of Kurakkan flour.
š 3 tablespoons of sugar.
š 2 cups of coconut milk.
š Dried grapes 30g.
š 1/2 cups of water.


1 step.
First take a bowl and add Kurakkan flour to it. At the same time, stir it well using about 1/4 cup of water with a pinch of salt.

Then put the pot on the stove and cook on low heat till it becomes a paste. Keep stirring it.

Then add the required amount of sugar to the kurakkan which has turned into a paste and stir it well.
4 step.
Then add coconut milk to it and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring well.
5 step.
After that, you have to serve the cooked Kurakkan porridge. I also added raisins to it. It is very tasty.
