Hello hivers and how are we today friends of #amazingdrinks. It's almost weekend and who has noticed how fast month of May has been?. Infact I could not believe it's ending in a week's time. Woah. I hope to find us in our best mood despite every challenge we are facing because that is what life offers us.
Today I want to share and show you this special green juice recipe 🍏🍋🍃 and I hope you will like it because many of us are not use to taking green juices made from green vegetables and plant based , but honestly when I tried this juice after preparing it I observed something different from it when compared with all the sweet juices we consume everyday.
I was however inspired to make this juice by fron her 2 Green Juices For Beginners. And not only just being inspired by her, I wanted to also see if I can be able to starting drinking greens in my own way and cut my sugar intake. Although I detox from time to time, but green juices are quite healthy generally.
So I went for Apple 🍏, Lemon 🍋 Pumpkin Leaf 🍃 and little ginger recipe , instead of Celery . I remembered as a teenager my mother often blending pumpkin leaf and cucumber as green drink, but then it was not my thing since there are many sweet drinks our there and why greens I will say. But now I have come to realise the benefits of green juices.
We all know the benefits of Apple🍏, Lemon 🍋, vegetable leafs 🍃 and Ginger as we consume them everyday either in a liquid form or through the cooking of foods.
Come with to see how I prepared this healthy juice :
INGREDIENTS:
1 ball of Apple
1 ball of Lemon
5 leafy of pumpkin leaf
small size of ginger
Spring water 11/2 glass
1 teaspoon of premium sugar
Steps To Preparation :
- Wash the leafy vegetables in a very large water and stralize afterwards. Slice in pieces and keep ready.
Wash and stralize the Apple and dice to pieces to enable easy blending.
Peel the lemon and cut to pieces as well.
- The ginger will be grated before blending to enable its juice come out very well.
- I started by blending the sliced pumpkin leaf and adding the ginger. Sieve it after blending in this jug cup with this excellent siever. To extract every juice, I used this scope spoon to press the blended leaf.
- Then I went on to blend the apple and the lemon together adding 1 glass of water to give them enough room to blend. Sieve them too using this two in one grater and siever utensil and pressing for more extract,
- Afterwards. I have to sieve each again to obtain a smoother juice appearance.
- Here I went on to use the blender to blend together the juice of the pumpkin and ginger adding the apple and the lemon juice with one tablespoons of premium sugar. By blending both juices together again, the mixture of both will integrate properly.
- And here is the final sieve to obtain a soomth juicy drink. As you can see greens are not bad but rather a healthy drinks we can inculcate in taking.
