“Pasta” is a popular easy making food now a days. It can be made very quickly with limited ingredients. It is rich in taste as well as healthy and can be your best tiffin. So in today’s blog I wanna share easy peasy homemade pasta recipe. So without any due let’s get started.....
Ingredients
- Pasta / macaroni (any shape)
- Green chili
- Soya sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Eggs
- Butter
- Salt
- Garlics
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Carrots
- Cabbage
- Cauliflower
- Potato
- Tomato sauce
- Chesse
Pasta Making
First you have to boil all the macaroni. Take a pan on stove and pour 1.5 cup of water, slightly salt and two drops of cooking oil. When it creates bubble, put the macaroni into it and boil for 7/8 minutes till it becomes soft. After that take away from warm water, washed with ice cool water and rest it.
Chop all the veggies you have like potato, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots and washed it well. Then take another pan and boiled all these for 4/5 minutes. After that take this away from water and soak it with kitchen tissue.
Now the main process started. Take a staring pan into stove and make it heat. Put a cube of butter, you can also use cooking oil. Then add here sliced onion and chopping garlic. Fry it for 2 minutes after that add tomato cubes to minimize it's rawness. Then add here all the boiled veggies and salt to taste. You can also add taste maker and then one tea spoon of dark soya sauce and half tea spoon of oyster sauce. Add here green chili for extra spice. You can also add chili sauce if you like super spice pasta.
I don’t add chicken or prawns but if you prefer than do add them. Now it’s time to scramble the eggs. Take a fresh pan and put here two cubes of butter and pour the eggs. Slightly stirring with a spatula and after few minutes your scrambled egg becomes ready. Put it on fried veggies and mixed it well. After that put all the boiled macaroni and slowly stir with other ingredients.
For extra spice you can add black or white pepper. Now time to lid the pan and wait for two to three minutes. After that open the lid and slightly stir as well as check whether all the ingredients mixed well. After stirring few minutes your macaroni becomes perfectly ready to serve. Just off the flame and serve it with grated cheese.
