Yesterday I have cooked a very tasty mixed vegetable and I cook this dish atleast 4 days in a week. I like this dish because of it's taste and ofcourse for huge vitamins. It provides essential vitamins, minerals, nutrients, antioxidents and fiber and many other benefits. Let's see the recipe now.
Ingredients
~ 1 Green banana
~ Half Green papaya
~ 1 Potato
~ 4 pieces Jackfruit seeds
~ 1/2 Cup Daal
~ 5 Table spoon Oil
~ 1 Cup chopped onion
~ 1 Tea spoon Ginger paste
~ 1 Tea spoon Garlic paste
~ 1 Tea spoon Cumin powder
~ 1 Tea spoon Turmeric powder
~ 2 Tea spoon Salt
~ Pachforon or mix spices a little to taste
~ Half cup Coriander leafs
~ 4 Green chilli
~ 3 Cup water
~ 2 Red chilie
~ 1 clove ginger chopped
Ingredients
1. Take a pan and heat, put 3 table spoons of oil. Add chopped onion, salt and green chillies. Also add daal after a little fried. Time to exhaust for a minute.
2. Put all the vegetables and it's better to cover it for 2 minute. Keep stiring till mixed it properly. Then add 3 cup of water in it and cover it again for better boiling.
3. Take another pan and heat , put 2 spoons of oil. Add red chillies , pachforon and chopped garlic to fry.
4. Boiling the vegetable , add coriander leafs and then fried one.
Serve with the rice or parata also can eat along the vegetables.
