It's a blessing to enjoy homegrown food, no?
My hometown means I can finally have some homegrown food. Ah... it been many many days since I couldn't eat garden-fresh.
My two other siblings usually get the chance but I live far away. And my mom always feels sorry about this.
Now, no more sorry from her and no more regret from my side.
I'm having garden-fresh fruits and vegetables.
Mango, just picked from the tree.
Malta orange but tastes like Lemon. Hahaha
My recent favorite Dragon fruit.
Look at the color of our dragon fruit, full of flavors.
There are more...
You may guess, these are all from my mom's garden. She got a terrace garden and some fruit trees around our house. The mango trees are in the ground. And all the other ones are on our terrace.
Isn't it wonderful how much she grew on her terrace? There are almost 50 different plants, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and what not!
My moms garden is the one best thing O come to my hometown.
Guava.
Grafted mango plant, this is the sweet one.
And the queen of the garden, pomegranate.
This is the first fruit so can tells if it will be a good one or not. But hopefully, it will come good.
You can guess by seeing the photos of the fresh fruit about how happy I am. The amount of fruit is small, only one or two. But we all know one bite of garden fresh fruit is worth more than many from the market.
Enjoying my day and sharing my joy with you.
Have a great day, everyone.
