Did some heavy lifts for leg day and followed it up with a 2.5 mile jog afterwards. Feels good to finally be doing more significant exercises for one of the biggest muscle groups in the body!
The weather has definitely ticked up for the summer. We’re now in the 90s (Fahrenheit) with plenty of sun and humidity so those runs are brutal in the best way.
I’ve also gotten back to doing ice baths afterwards which felt fantastic today. Baby steps every day!
